Professional M10x1 long machine threader NGMf for nuts, manufactured from HSS (High Speed Steel). It is designed for making metric fine threads type M 10x1. It has an angle of 60 degrees, the tolerance field of the made threads is ISO2 6H. M10x1 long taps of this type are made of special molybdenum HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel characterized by better cutting properties, which enable higher threading performance and much higher accuracy of the threads made. In addition, the features of HSS allow threaders to be more resistant to harsh cutting conditions and increase the resistance of their blades to a variety of mechanical damage. These features result in shorter working time, more rational use of owned workstations, prolonged tool life, and, consequently, also lower overall labor costs. The offered fine threading machine threaders are suitable for professional machining and designed for threading workpieces made of unalloyed steel, automatic steel, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and others.
