Threaders are suitable for making standard metric threads, through and blind, left-hand LH, type M, diameter 22 mm. The tools we offer are manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 352, ISO DIN-13, tolerance field ISO2/6H. The set includes the following threaders: preliminary - 8P, proper - 4P and final 2P), and threading is carried out in three successive working steps, using the appropriate knob. Modern high-quality HSS high-speed steel is used in their production. This is a material that makes it possible to increase the efficiency of machining as well as its accuracy. In addition, the properties of high-speed steel affect the reduced risk of damage to the blades during threading. Our M22 metric hand taps are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and even dulling. They are suitable for machining materials marked P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, automatic steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, copper and aluminum alloys, as well as thermosetting plastics.
