High quality SPMG 07T308 insert for folding drill bits multi-shot square shape by Korean company Horn. It is suitable for high-performance cutting at high speeds. It is resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, splitting, breaking out), which significantly increases the service life and working comfort. SPMG 07T308 multi-point inserts offered in our store have the following dimensions: side length l - 7,94 mm, insert thickness s - 3,97 mm, insert diameter re- 0,80 mm. A modern grade of sintered carbide H6310 has been used for the production of multi-tool inserts. Its properties contribute to higher cutting quality, higher heat resistance and also higher resistance to abrasive wear. Multicutting inserts made of tungsten carbide 9030 are designed for machining steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys and titanium alloys.
