Arbor cutter 6 2 flute for keyways, double-edged, NFPg, complying with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 327. Recommended for making keyways and other milling work. It can be used for both roughing and semi-finishing machining. It can be used for various types of conventional machine tools and modern computer-controlled automatic numerical control machines. NFPg milling cutters have two central cylindrical-front blades with a 25-degree turning angle. They allow vertical penetration into the workpiece, and the short shank affects the maximum rigidity of the tool. In addition, the design of the 6 2 flute shank milling cutter makes it possible to perform work where a short overhang is required. NFPg cutters are available in two versions: for smooth cylindrical shank DIN 1835 A and for cylindrical shank with Weldon flattening DIN 1385 B. The cutters are made of special high-speed steel, which makes the tools more resistant to very harsh machining conditions and increases resistance to blade fracture during machining.
