Arbor cutter 5 2 flute for grooves

Modern burr 5 2 flute for grooving, double-blade, NFPg, shank, right-hand cutter, diameter 5 mm, in accordance with the Polish standard NFPg made according to DIN 327. The milling cutter is recommended mainly for grooving. It can be used for semi-finishing and roughing. It has a special design: a short shank for maximum rigidity and the ability to perform work requiring a short overhang. NFPg burrs have two central cylindrical-front blades with a 25-degree turning angle. They come in two versions: for a cylindrical shank with Weldon flattening and a smooth cylindrical shank. Thus, it is possible to use for cylindrical shank holders with an additional screw that prevents the holder from rotating. The 5 burrs we offer are suitable for cutting materials of considerable hardness and durability. They can be used for machining unalloyed steels, alloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics.
