Shank cutter 5 2 flute for stainless steel

Arbor cutter 5 2 flute for stainless steel for keyways, double-edged, NFPg, DIN 327 HSSE. A high-end burr designed for professional machining of very hard alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel, cast steel and various types of cast iron. It is end mill, in accordance with DIN 327, and has a diameter of 5 mm, two central cylindrical-front blades with a 25-degree turning angle. NFPg cutters come in two versions: for smooth cylindrical shank DIN 1835 A and cylindrical shank with Weldon flattening DIN 1835 B. The advantage of burrs 5 burrs for stainless steel is the special design: the short shank provides maximum rigidity and allows machining that requires a small tool overhang. The cutters are made of modern cobalt HSS-E high-speed steel. This is a steel enriched with about 5% cobalt, which affects a noticeable increase in the strength of tools to very difficult working conditions, including high temperatures (up to 670 degrees C) arising during cutting at high speeds
