Arbor cutter 7 2 flute for grooves

Professional 7 2 flute groove burr, double-blade, NFPg burr, right-hand cutting, 7 mm in diameter, complying with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 327. It is primarily suitable for groove cutting and other milling work. It is designed for roughing and semi-finishing milling. The NFPg milling cutters we offer are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Its advantages increase the hardness o durability of milling cutters, as well as increase resistance to any mechanical damage. The properties of this steel make it possible to machine hard materials in the category P1.2 - P1.3. These are m.in. unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals and their alloys, various types of cast iron (gray, ductile, malleable), as well as thermosetting plastics. The 7 burrs have two central blades with a 25-degree turning angle, which allow vertical penetration of the workpiece, and a short shank provides maximum rigidity of the tool.
