Arbor cutter 38 2 flute for grooves
Professional 38 2 flute groove burr, double-edged, NFPg, arbor, right-hand cutter, complying with the Polish NFPg and German DIN 327 standards. It is manufactured entirely from specialized high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel), thanks to which it is distinguished by increased resistance to very harsh cutting conditions and increased resistance to fracture, cracking, chipping and other mechanical damage. NFPg burrs are commonly called finger phrases and are designed for making keyway grooves. They are suitable for semi-finishing and roughing operations performed on various types of conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools. The milling cutters are recommended for machining hard and hard-to-machine unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals, copper, aluminum, metal alloys and other materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. The 38 double-feather burrs have two central cylindrical-front blades with an angle of 25 degrees and a special short shank, which affects the maximum rigidity of the tool.
