High-quality shank milling cutter 17 2 flute for grooves for grooves, double-edged, NFPg 17 HSS, commonly known as finger milling cutter, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 327. It has a nominal diameter of 17 mm, cylindrical-front blades with an angle of 25 degrees. The cutter is designed for making grooves for grooves. It is mainly suitable for roughing and medium finishing milling. End mill 17 2 flute is manufactured from modern high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel characterized by improved technical parameters, including greater resistance to harsh cutting conditions, as well as greater resistance to any mechanical damage. The NFPg cutters in our store have 2 central blades, which allow and vertical plunge into the workpiece. The short shank of the cutter provides it with maximum rigidity. NFPg milling cutters come in two versions: smooth cylindrical shank and Weldon flattened cylindrical shank.
