Drill 3,1 mm cobalt HSSE Inox. Twist drill, cylindrical drill according to NWKa, DIN 338 designed for professional drilling of through-holes and blind holes in very hard and difficult to machine materials. The drill has 2 central blades, a tip angle of 118 degrees, strong cutting edges and special grooves for fast chip removal up the drilled hole. The drill's high cutting properties are primarily due to the use of special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel for its production. This is a unique tool steel, which is used in the production of professional tools used for machining difficult-to-machine materials. Its advantages affect the possibility of high-performance drilling, which is essential for better utilization of existing workstations and reduction of machining time. The drills allow higher drilling accuracy (the holes are of low roughness). In addition, they are resistant to harsh working conditions, including the very high temperatures created when drilling at high speed. Their blades are rarely subject to breakage, cracking, chipping and other damage. The 3 .1 mm cobalt metal drills can be used for drilling machines, lathes, milling machines and CNC machine tools.
