High-quality long drill for metal 7,5 with smooth cylindrical shank, manufactured according to Polish dimensional standard NWKb and its equivalent DIN 340. The drills we offer have a tip angle of 118 degrees, two central blades, special grooves so as to remove chips up the hole and strong ground cutting edges insensitive to impact and lateral forces. The long metal drills 7.5 are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel), which allows higher cutting performance. Compared with drills made from conventional tool steel, the HSS drills we offer enable high-performance and highly accurate drilling. The blades of these drill bits are resistant to very harsh working conditions and are extremely rarely subject to mechanical damage such as fracture, chipping, breakage, chipping, dulling). The drills are suitable for conventional drilling machines, lathes and milling machines, as well as for modern CNC (computer numerical control) controlled machine tools.
