High quality long drill bit for metal 5,6 cylindrical with strong ground cutting edges resistant to impact and lateral forces. The drill is designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes of 5,6 mm section. It has an apex angle of 118 degrees, two central blades and specially spiral chip grooves responsible for fast removal of chips from the drilled hole. The long metal drill bits we offer fi 5.6 are made according to the NWKb, DIN 340 dimensional standard. They are produced from molybdenum HSS, which is characterized by high cutting properties. Compared with conventional tool steel, high-speed steel results in higher machining performance, higher drilling accuracy and also the ability to machine very hard and hard-to-machine materials. The drills in question can withstand harsh working conditions, including high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. The drill blades are resistant to fracture, cracking, chipping and other mechanical damage. They are suitable for conventional and CNC machine tools.
