Professional long drill bit for metal 4,8 mm for drilling through-holes and blind holes in materials classified in categories P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys). Such drills have a tip angle of 118 degrees, special spiral grooves for fast chip removal up the drilled hole and strong ground cutting edges insensitive to lateral forces and impacts. The fi 4.8 cylindrical long metal drill bits we offer are manufactured in accordance with the NWKb, DIN 340 dimensional standard from modern HSS molybdenum high-speed steel. This is a steel that allows to increase the efficiency of cutting and also its accuracy. The holes made are of low roughness and axial along their entire length. Their most important advantage is the resistance of the blades to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping), which affects the longer period of use and thus the possibility of reducing the cost of machining. The drills are designed for drilling using conventional drills, milling machines and lathes, as well as CNC machine tools.
