Drill 3,4 mm on Morse taper with a fin

Modern metal drill 3,4 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, NWKc, in accordance with DIN 345. Designed for drilling through-holes and blind diameters. It has a tip angle of 118 degrees, specially ground cutting edges, insensitive to lateral forces and impact, as well as special spiral grooves for the discharge of chips up the drilled hole. The 3,4 metal drill bits we offer are manufactured from special HSS (High Speed Steel), characterized by high resistance to harsh working conditions. Thanks to it, the drill blades are resistant to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping chipping), which makes them more durable. The high quality of the drill bits influences the possibility of increasing cutting efficiency, which works well in large production plants, where there is a need for a more rational use of owned workstations and machine tools. The tools can be used for drilling machines, lathes, milling machines and computer numerical control machines - CNC.
