Modern shaped burr type NFRf with dimensions of 16/55 degrees, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 1833. It is an internal angle milling cutter on one side with a radius, 3-cutting edge with a cylindrical shank. The cutter blades are set at an angle of 55 degrees, and the diameter of the cutter is 16 mm. This tool is commonly referred to as a dovetail cutter. The cutter in question is designed for simultaneous machining of two narrow coupled flat surfaces or single narrow flat surfaces. This work is made possible by side and face blades. NFRf cutters are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a specialized tool steel characterized by increased hardness and durability. Its advantages result in better cutting quality, greater working comfort and longer tool life. The cutters can be used for machining unalloyed and alloyed steels, metals and nonferrous metals and their alloys.
