Die M7 for manual and machine threading
Professional M7 x1 HSS threading dies, round metric from FANAR. It is mainly dedicated to large workshops and factories carrying out multi-series machining. Offered die were manufactured in accordance with DIN 22 568, and are designed for cutting external metric ordinary threads of M7 diameter. The type of NHMa dies, the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. The proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two coils, nut 1,75P. Die metric are made of specialized high-speed steel HSS 800, designed for the production of tools with increased cutting parameters. Die from this steel are used for machining materials with toughness up to 800 MPa, hard unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, as well as thermoplastics. The tools are distinguished by increased cutting performance and increased resistance to mechanical damage.
