Core hole drill 38 mm HSS long version is a precise and durable fi 38 mm HSS tubular drill bit, designed for drilling deep holes in structural steels, stainless steels and non-ferrous alloys. The tool works with trepanning technology, which means cutting only on the periphery of the hole - this makes the drilling process much faster, more energy-efficient and generates fewer chips.
High-grade HSS high-speed steel provides resistance to wear, overheating and micro-cracking during intensive work. The standard ¾" Weldon shank allows installation in all typical magnet drills. After using an adapter, the tool can also be used in lathes and milling machines with fi 18 mm chuck.
The working length of the drill allows you to drill holes in thicker materials in one pass, without the need to change the tool or support the drill.
