Core hole drill 35 mm HSS short is a specialized fi 35 mm HSS tubular drill bit, designed for precision drilling of holes in structural steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous alloys. The trepanning geometry allows removing material only from the periphery, which reduces cutting resistance and speeds up the drilling process.
Thanks to the use of wear-resistant HSS high-speed steel, the tool performs well under high temperatures and heavy loads. The standard ¾" Weldon shank allows the tool to work on magnet drills, and the use of an adapter also allows it to be mounted in the chucks of lathes and milling machines with a diameter of fi 18 mm.
The compact length increases the rigidity of the tool, which translates into stable guidance, high precision drilling and reduced risk of dimensional errors.
