ER16 6 mm collet – secure clamping for medium tools with increased compensation
The ER16 collet in the 5-6 mm range combines versatile clamping of common diameters with the reliability of the ER16 system. 65Mn steel hardened to 44-48 HRC and precision manufacturing according to DIN 6499B guarantee radial runout not exceeding 0.015 mm. A collapse range of 1 mm allows tools with slightly different shank dimensions to be used without changing the collet.
