ER16 5 mm collet – universal clamping for the most common micromachining diameters
The ER16 collet with a 4-5 mm range is designed for shops performing precision operations in the most common small-diameter range. Made from 65Mn steel hardened to 44-48 HRC according to DIN 6499B, it offers a maximum radial runout of 0.015 mm. Compensation of 1 mm allows flexible adaptation to tools with slightly different shank diameters.
