ER16 4 mm collet – precision clamping of small tools with 1 mm compensation
The ER16 collet with a clamping range of 3-4 mm combines precision at small diameters with the increased rigidity of the ER16 system. Made from 65Mn steel with a hardness of 44-48 HRC according to DIN 6499B, it ensures a maximum radial runout of 0.015 mm. Its 1 mm collapse range is twice that of the compact ER11 system.
