Ball nose milling cutter for metal 63x2,5 NFTe HSS

High-quality 63 x2,5 mounted disc (ball) cutter, type NFTe with a working diameter of 63 m and a width of 2,5 mm. The cutter is made of modern high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). This type of steel is distinguished by very good resistance to severe cutting conditions, high resistance to abrasive wear, increased impact strength and toughness. The 63-slotted NFTe ball milling cut ters in our offer are resistant to any mechanical damage caused in the process of high-speed machining at increased speeds. The milling cutters are dedicated to cutting hard unalloyed steels, alloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics. The cutters are suitable for high-speed cutting, during which high temperatures are generated (up to 600 degrees C). The NFTe cutters we offer are suitable for profile cutting, pipe cutting and also for milling narrow grooves.
