Ball nose milling cutter for metal 32x0,7 NFTe HSS
High-performance 32 x0,7 mounted disc cutter type NFTe with a working diameter of 32 mm and a working width of 0,7 mm. The cutter has a cylindrical bore shank, 64 teeth. It is a ball milling cutter designed for professional milling of narrow grooves, cutting profiles and cutting through pipes and metal parts. The advantage of the milling cutter is the high quality of manufacturing from modern high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel). This unique tool steel influences the possibility of increasing machining efficiency, as well as increasing the quality of cutting. 32-in. saw milling cutters are suitable for machining even very hard materials in harsh working conditions. They can withstand high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) generated during high-speed cutting. Cutter blades are resistant to abrasion and other mechanical damage (breakage, chipping, chipping). They are suitable for milling parts made of P1.2 class materials - P1.3.
