Modern insert SPCN 1504 EDR PC 9530 multi-cutting, Korean manufacturer Korloy. It is a right-hand insert with the following parameters: the length of the side l - 15,88 mm, the thickness of the insert s - 4,76 mm. Carbide insert is recommended for high-performance machining at increased speed even of very hard materials. It is made of high quality carbide 9530 (P15-P40) (M25-M35). This grade is designed for machining steel, cast steel and stainless steels with splinter chips of large cross-section and variable thickness. It is resistant to fatigue dynamic loads. It can be used at high and medium cutting speeds and large cross sections of the cut layer. The multi-cutting inserts we offer are dedicated to jobs requiring increased resistance to abrasive wear as well as increased hardness and durability.
