A professional multi-cutting insert designed for milling. This is a rectangular insert type LPGT 070304 R - F55. The manufacturer of the insert is the world famous German company Walter. The dimensions of the insert side length 7,94 mm. Thickness 3,18 mm, the radius of the insert 0,40 mm. The special grade of WKM sintered carbides used in its production allows high-performance cutting of hard cast irons and non-alloyed alloys. WKM sintered carbides affect much higher cutting efficiency, the possibility of performing machining in severe conditions, including high temperature reaching even 700 - 1000 degrees C. The advantage of the multi-cutting inserts we offer is a much higher hardness than tools made of high-speed steels, as well as greater resistance to abrasive wear. They are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools as well as for modern computer numerical control machines in CNC technology.
