Professional cutting strip XLCFN 2602, type J22-FX from Baildonit. It is designed for high-performance groove turning with the strip and for chiseling ścianek.Zalecana is for high-speed professional machining. It is a general-purpose strip in ordinary and alloy steels, as well as for turning parts made of metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, cast steel others. The slats offered in our store are dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants. It is recommended that the depth of cut should not exceed ten times the width of the insert. If possible it is recommended to use tiles of neutral shape. The inserts are fixed between interlocking prisms. The strips are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
Cutters designed for LFMX 2R inserts

are double-edged strips of the type XLCFN...- the best knives for cutting workpieces with large diameters
and making deep radial indentations.
SBN holders should be used to mount the strips. The insert should be mounted in the socket using a plastic hammer. It is very important to set the blade exactly at an angle of 90° to the axis of the workpiece, and when cutting parts with small diameters, to set
the height of the blade with an accuracy of ±0.1 mm with respect to the axis(it is more advantageous to set it "above the axis"). During machining, apply coolant generously directly to the cutting edge.
