Straight boring knife 8x8 for steel
Turning tool straight boring barwith carbidebrazed insert, in accordance with ISO 8, DIN 4973.This is a knife - straight boring bar, NNWa, size 8x8. P20/S20 carbides were used in the manufacture of the cutters. It is a grade that allows fine and medium precision machining at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. Their high cutting parameters make straight boring bars suitable for cutting hard steel, cast steel and malleable iron. The carbides used are characterized by high hardness and high wear resistance. In addition, they retain their cutting properties even up to a temperature of about 1000 °C, which allows cutting at very high speeds. The knives we offer are characterized by increased hardness and durability. They can be used on conventional machine tools and modern computer numerical control machines - CNC.
