High quality straight boring knife with U10s/M20 carbide brazed insert. This is a professional knife - straight boring bar, conforming to ISO 8, DIN 4973 , size 32x32, NNWa type. It is designed for longitudinal and through boring. In our store we offer you high-quality boring knives made to the highest standards, meeting the requirements of even the most demanding customers. For their production were used universal grades of sintered carbide U10s/M20. They can be used for professional fine and medium precision cutting of steels, cast steels and cast irons. Cutting is possible at medium and low cutting speeds as well as medium chip cross sections. This grade of carbide allows machining of manganese steels, stainless steels, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels, as well as non-ferrous metals. Straight boring knives are suitable for conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools. They are characterized by increased strength to withstand severe cutting conditions, as well as increased resistance to abrasion under high temperatures.
