Straight boring knife 20x20 for steel
Turning tool nNWa straight boring bar, size 20x20, with carbide brazed insert S30/P30, complying with the dimensional standard ISO 8, DIN 4973. Dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. Prostr boring knives are suitable for professional longitudinal and through turning. By manufacturing them with S30/P30 carbide inserts, they gain much higher strength to withstand severe cutting conditions and higher resistance to abrasion under high temperature. In addition, sintered carbides increase the resistance of straight boring bars to mechanical damage, reduce the coefficient of friction between the blade and the material being cut and also protect the blade from the formation of overgrowth on it. The turning knives we offer are designed for medium fine and rough machining of steel and cast steel at large sections of the cut layer and medium and low cutting speeds
