Straight boring knife 25x25 for stainless steel
Turning tool straight boring knife25x25 with carbide brazed insert, NNWa type, size 25x25. This is a straight boring knife in accordance with ISO 8, DIN 4973, and is made with the utmost precision from high-quality materials. U10s/M20 carbide inserts were used in their production. It is a universal grade of carbide that allows fine and medium precision machining of steels, cast irons, manganese steels, stainless steels, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels and non-ferrous metals. It is suitable for cutting at medium and low cutting speeds and medium chip cross sections. The use of carbide inserts in the straight boring bar allows for much better machining results. The main benefits of using inserts increased cutter life, reduced friction and, consequently, also reduced blade temperature and the ability to increase machining productivity by using higher cutting speeds.
