Machine threader 1.1/4-16 UN American
High quality 1 1/4-16 UNC machine tapping threader with through shank, made in accordance with DIN 374. It is suitable for cutting UN unified inch threads ( with privileged pitch). These are 1 1/4-16 UN inch threads (16 turns per inch). The tolerance class of the threads made is 2B, the type of nut C - for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials that give short chips.
The unified machine threaders in question are dedicated to both individual customers and large locksmith shops. They are made of modern HSSE high-speed steel, which influences the better cutting properties of the taps. First of all, thanks to HSSE, they are resistant to mechanical damage and can withstand harsh cutting conditions. Even when exposed to high temperatures, they maintain high cutting parameters. Our machine threaders are designed for threading workpieces made of P1.2 grade materials - P1.3.
