M56x4 machine tap for steel
Professional M56x4 machine tap blind hole through hole with a reinforced shank, type M56x4, conforming to DIN-2181, intended for metric fine threads in through and blind holes. Chamfer angle 60°, ISO DIN-13, chamfer form D. The tolerance zone of the resulting threads is ISO2(6H). The metric fine thread taps we offer are made of modern molybdenum high-speed steel, grade HSS, whose properties enable excellent tapping results.
Above all, these machine taps enable high-productivity tapping, even at increased speeds that generate high temperatures. The cutting edges of M56x4 machine taps are resistant to all mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, and edge chipping), even at temperatures up to 600°C. Thanks to the excellent properties of HSS high-speed steel, the taps are suitable for hobby and professional work. Intended for machining unalloyed steels, free-cutting steels, structural steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, and other materials.
