Manufactured by the Czech company Narex, whose tools are characterized by high quality workmanship and the use of modern raw materials for production. The fine-coil machine threaders we offer have a 60-degree angle, strong cutting edges resistant to damage, type C nut - for blind and through holes. They were produced from modern high-speed steel HSSE - with the addition of 5% cobalt. Such a composition of the steel affects the possibility of increasing the efficiency of machining and thus shortening the machining of individual parts. In addition, threaders made of cobalt steel are much more resistant to difficult cutting conditions including temperatures up to 670 degrees C. The blades of the taps are resistant to mechanical damage. M30x1 machine taps are suitable for machining alloy steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, cast steel, cast iron.
