Professional M24x1.5 torsion machine t apping threader for blind holes with a short nut (2-3 coil) - has torsion chip grooves with a through shank, designed for cutting machine threads of fine threads, type M24x1.5. Taps are made in accordance with DIN 274, have helical chip grooves, angle 60 degrees, type of nut C (2-3 P) - for blind and through holes in materials with a short chip. The tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The taps are made of modern HSSE high-speed steel with the addition of cobalt (about 5%). This unique composition of the steel contributes to the higher wear resistance of the taps, and thus to a longer service life. M24x1.5 torsion machine taps made of cobalt steel are resistant both to high temperatures arising during high-speed threading and to other mechanical damage (breaking, cracking, chipping).
