Machine tapping M20x2 for blind holes for stainless steel
Professional machine tapping M20x2 torsion blind hole taps with a short nut (2-3 coil) - has general purpose torsion chip grooves, with through shank in accordance with DIN 374. It has an angle of 60 degrees, type M20x2, helical chip grooves, type of nut C - for tapping blind and through holes. Taps are made of modern high-speed steel with the addition of cobalt - HSSE. This is a steel that affects a significant increase in the cutting properties of tools. Thanks to it, fine machine threaders are more durable and resistant to any mechanical damage. In addition, they allow high-performance threading at high speed, during which a high temperature is generated - even up to 670 degrees C. The threaders we offer are manufactured by the world-famous and respected Czech company Narex. This brand is known for its high-quality tools, which are mainly intended for professional use in large plants. Their service life far exceeds that of other tools, resulting in lower overall machining. M20x2 torsion blind machine taps are designed for cutting very hard and hard-to-machine materials, including alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel.
