Involute gear cutter M1,75 set of8 pieces is a complete set of tools designed for shaped cutting of external serrations in gears with a module of 1,75. The set includes eight cutters numbered NR1-NR8, each of which is used for machining a different range of the number of teeth, which allows versatile use in various gear designs.
The cutters are made of high-grade HSS for wear resistance and long life. Each cutter has staggered blades and is designed with a buttress angle of 20°, so the resulting tooth surface is characterized by high smoothness and precision reproduction of the involute outline. The set is compatible with the NFMa system.
