High-end roughing shell reamer 11,8 machine shank, type NRTa, size 11,8 mm, according to DIN 228. It is roughing shell reamer shank, with Morse taper shank, designed for the final machining of through-hole and blind cylindrical holes. It is made entirely of modern HSS high-speed steel distinguished by increased strength to withstand harsh machining conditions and thus increased resistance to possible tool damage. Machine reamers found in our store are used to increase the diameter of the hole, reduce any irregularities on its surface and also to improve the geometry of the hole. Reamers of this type are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.2 class - unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics. They are used for conventional machine tools and computer numerical control machines - CNC.
