Description

For the complete execution of threads, it is necessary to use in advance a threader No. 2 with a 8P - a peeler. These types of fine hand threaders are made of modern HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel with increased hardness and durability as well as resistance to harsh working conditions. The properties of high-speed steel also affect higher productivity and machining and the possibility of very fine threading. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2 6H. The offered tools are dedicated to both retail customers and large plants performing unit and small batch machining. The taps can be used for cutting threads in parts made of unalloyed steel (carbon), metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard plastics. The tools are ISO2 compliant.
