M19x1 fine thread hand taps
Hand tapsM19x1 fine-coil HSS - a set of two professional taps for making metric fine-coil threads, type M 19x1 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13, through and blind. M19x1 hand taps comply with ISO 529 standard, and thread cutting is done manually using a special knob. The total allowance of cut material corresponding to the diameter of the groove is divided, respectively, between the taps included in the set. These are: a proper threader (No. 1) with an 8P cut and a finishing threader (No. 2) with a 2P cut. The fine hand threaders we offer are manufactured from HSS - High Speed Steel. Its properties allow cutting efficiency and at the same time maintaining high accuracy of the threads made. Their tolerance field is ISO2 (6H). The advantage of threaders made of HSS is also high resistance of the blade to potential damage during cutting (fractures, cracks, chipping). Thanks to these properties, M19x1 hand thread ers are suitable for machining materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3, i.e. metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, as well as hard plastics.
