M19x1 fine thread hand taps
Hand Tap M19x1 DIN 2181/2 6H HSS is designed for making M19 metric fine threads with a pitch of one millimeter in structural steels and metals up to eight hundred megapascals. The two-part working arrangement - an insertion threader and a finishing threader - stabilizes the course of machining, distributes torsional loads and ensures the maintenance of a class six H fit.
Technical data: nominal diameter nineteen millimeters; stroke one millimeter; profile sixty degrees according to ISO 68-1; hole tolerance 6H according to ISO 965; right-hand thread; straight chip grooves for predictable evacuation. Ground HSS version reduces micro-crushing and provides smooth cutting edges. Compliance with DIN 2181/2 includes a two-step split, and the order of transitions and work organization is facilitated by Set Taps Manual M19x1.
