M13x1.25 fine thread hand taps
Hand Tap M13x1.25 DIN 2181/2 6H HSS is designed for making metric M13 fine-coil threads with a pitch of one and one-quarter millimeters in structural steels and metal alloys with a strength of up to eight hundred mega pascals. The two-part work organization - the first introductory threader and the second finishing threader - stabilizes the machining process and makes it possible to maintain a six H fit class.
Technical specifications: nominal diameter of thirteen millimeters; pitch of one and one-quarter millimeters; outline of sixty degrees according to ISO 68-1; bore tolerance of 6H according to ISO 965; right-hand thread; straight chip grooves ensure predictable chip evacuation. The HSS ground version maintains edge sharpness and reduces the risk of micro chipping. According to DIN 2181/2, the process is carried out in two stages, and the work order is supported by Set Taps Manual M13x1.25. Recommended drill bit for the thread: eleven and eight tenths of a millimeter; the use of emulsion or active oil improves the surface quality of the bottom of the coil and extends edge life.
