Description
The tapping tool was manufactured by the Polish company FWP (Precision Products Factory). It is an inch G thread tapping machine, made in dimensions and tolerances in accordance with the current standards for G thread according to DIN-ISO 228.

Hand taps 1 1/8 inch for pipes
Inch-pipe taps type G with a diameter of 1 1/8 inch produced by the Polish company FWP. The 1 1/8 inch pipe hand tapping machine is offered in a two-piece set, which includes a proper tapping machine and a finishing tapping machine. Threading is done in two passes, using both tools. The offered taps are suitable for cutting pipe and cylindrical threads of 1 and 1/8 inch diameter, DIN ISO 228, with an angle of 55 degrees. They can be used for through-holes and blind holes. Inch-cylindrical threads are used for mechanical connections of pipes and equipment or fittings. The 1 1/8-inch pipe hand taps are made to the highest standards from specialized HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel distinguished by increased strength to withstand harsh cutting conditions. Their blades are resistant to potential mechanical damage, which increases not only the quality of cutting, but most importantly extends the life of the tools.
