End mill 22.4 Morse taper

Morse taper 22,4 shank milling cutter with cylindrical-head blades. Made of special HSS high-speed steel, which guarantees high resistance to all mechanical damage and greater resistance to harsh cutting conditions. Morse 22.4 taper burrs from our offer have torsion blades with an angle of 30 degrees. Between the blades there are special chip grooves, which are used for efficient removal of chips outside the tool. In extreme situations, this makes it possible to protect the tool from complete damage, or at least to clog the grooves during machining. The cutters have a Morse taper shank and a specially tapped hole for easy mounting of the cutter with a set screw to the spindle. The milling cutters in question are suitable for machining materials of class P1.2 - P.3. They can be used on conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
