Morse 22 taper shank cutter. It is a milling cutter with cylindrical blades, designed for finishing, medium and roughing. It is suitable for high-performance milling, carried out on conventional and numerical computer-controlled machine tools. The milling cutters offered to you have been manufactured from HSS-E high-alloy cobalt high speed steel. This is a unique tool steel, the composition of which has been enriched with cobalt - about 5%. This element increases the strength of milling cutters and increases resistance to potential mechanical damage caused when cutting hard and hard-to-machine materials. Morse 22 taper burrs are suitable for machining alloy steels, cast steel, various types of cast iron, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel. They can be used for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
