It has the following technical parameters: diameter of the cutter D-25, shank diameter d-25, height of the working part a- 37, length of the working part l- 47, total length L- 110. It is a folding hedgehog cut ter Fi 25 for APKT 1003 inserts.... designed to perform roughing and medium fine machining. It is suitable for milling of previously drilled holes, face milling, profiling and copying. It has its own arbor for multi-cutting inserts, making it a very versatile tool. It is designed for ISO-compliant multicutting inserts, making a wide selection of different insert manufacturers possible. The advantage of folding milling cutters is that they are very versatile, allowing them to reduce machining costs. If you need to change the cutting parameters, it is enough to change the type of multi-point insert - without the need for another tool.
