Shank cutter 7 2 flute for stainless steel

Modern burr 7 2 flute for stainless steel for keyways, double-edged, NFPg, right-hand cutter, commonly known as finger milling cutter. It is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 327. It has a diameter of 7 mm, two central blades with a turning angle of 25 degrees (for vertical penetration of the blades into the workpiece. The short shank of the milling cutter gives it maximum rigidity and predisposes it to work requiring a small overhang. The milling cutters offered in our store are manufactured from specialized HSS-E high-speed steel with the addition of about 5% cobalt. The content of this element significantly increases the cutting capabilities of the cutters. This makes burrs 7 burrs for stainless steel very hard and durable, and resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and even rapid dulling. Cobalt steel makes it possible to cut hard-to-machine materials (alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel, gray cast iron, ductile iron and malleable iron).
