Arbor cutter 20 2 flute for stainless steel

Modern burr 20 2 flute for stainless steel for keyways, double-blade, NFPg with a diameter of 20 mm, made according to the dimensional standard DIN 327. The burr 20 2 flute for stainless steel is recommended for making keyways, but not only. It is dedicated to retail customers and large industrial plants. It is suitable for medium fine and coarse cutting. It has two central cylindrical-front blades with an angle of 25 degrees, which allow the cutter to plunge vertically into the workpiece. The short shank of the milling cutter provides it with maximum rigidity and the ability to perform work requiring a small overhang. The milling cutters we offer are manufactured from special cobalt HSS-E high-speed steel. It is a steel with the addition of about 5% cobalt, which increases the hardness of the tools and improves their cutting properties. This makes the cutters suitable for machining alloy steels, stainless steel, acid- and heat-resistant steel, cast steel, various types of cast iron (gray, ductile, malleable).
