Modern burr 22 2 flute for keyway grooving, double-blade, NFPg, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 327. Designed for milling keyway grooves. It is suitable for both roughing and medium fine machining. The milling cutters we offer have two blade centers with an angle of 25 degrees, which allow vertical penetration into the workpiece. Thanks to the specific design of the cutter (short shank), maximum rigidity of the tool is obtained. In addition, it is ideally suited for work requiring a small overhang. NFPg milling cutters from our store are made of high quality HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a sta characterized by better technical parameters, greater hardness and durability, as well as resistance to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees). This allows machining of very hard materials, even at high speed. The 22 burrs are recommended for various types of conventional machine tools, as well as CNC numerical control machine tools.
