Oil for threading and drilling - equivalent to Terebor 1 L
ATM-Wiertol C ( equivalent of Terebor ) is recommended especially for threading, drilling of all types of steel, especially hard-to-cut. Specially selected components ensure proper protection of tools, relatively low kinematic viscosity facilitates rapid removal of swarf from the machining zone, ensures proper heat dissipation, beneficial especially in drilling and threading processes.
ATM-Wiertol C from the Polish manufacturer ATM OIL Sp. z.o.o is a non-emulsifying oil composed of deeply refined mineral oils, additives that improve lubrication, anti-fogging properties and foam resistance. ATM-Drill C is characterized by a high degree of purification of the oil base, a significantly reduced tendency to oil mist, lower wear and better machining properties.
Application of threading oil
ATM-Drillol C is used in the machining of high-alloy steels in the range of medium cutting speeds, especially in threading, contour grinding, gear milling, rolling, reaming and chipping.
Oil storage
ATM-Drill C should be stored in steel or polyethylene packaging that protects the product from moisture and mechanical contamination. An oil storage period of up to 2 years is allowed.
