High-qualitymetal drill 15,5 mm with Morse taper shank for steel intended for drilling through-holes and blind holes in materials of P1.2 P1.3 class (metals, metal alloys, non-alloy steels, non-ferrous metals). The drill is made in accordance with DIN 345, has 2 central blades, an apex angle of 118 degrees, specially ground cutting edges and spiral grooves for fast removal of chips from the drilled hole. The drills offered in our store are produced by rolling method from modern HSS - High Speed Steel. The properties of this steel significantly increase the efficiency of drilling, as well as improve the accuracy of the drilled holes. The 15,5 HSS metal drills are resistant to severe cutting conditions and their blades are resistant to mechanical damage, such as fractures, cracks, chipping and breakage. The offered tools are distinguished by their high hardness and durability against abrasion under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed drilling. Recommended for conventional and computer-controlled machine tools - CNC.
