Professional long drill bit for metal 11,8 twist, with a long cylindrical shank of 11,8 mm. It is made of modern high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel) according to the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340. Long drills for metal 11,8 are distinguished by their high cutting performance and increased durability for harsh working conditions. Their blades are resistant to cracking, chipping, breaking and other damage, which affects the extended period of their use. On the other hand, high drilling efficiency affects the possibility of reducing machining time and, as a result, more rational use of owned workstations. The drills have 2 central blades, a tip angle of 118 degrees, strong ground edges and special chip grooves for removing chips from the hole. They are suitable for drilling through-holes and blind holes in materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. Drills recommended for classic drilling machines, lathes and milling machines as well as CNC - computer numerical control machine tools.
